/startworkBegin a session (per task / per sitting) — Claude catches you up.
/handoffSave & stop — so your next /startwork picks up where you left off.
/hq-syncPull the latest LandersRX files down to your machine.
/clearStart a fresh, focused chat for a new task.
/setupOne-time welcome wizard (you'll run this on day one).
/hq-loginSign in with your LandersRX email (day-one setup).
Modes — press Shift+Tab
PlanShows a plan before doing anything. Start new work here.
Auto-acceptRuns without asking each step. Switch once you like the plan.
NormalAsks before each action. Where you start out.

/startwork → work in plain English → /handoff

One task per session. New task? /handoff → /clear → /startwork.

Stuck? Two lifelines

1. Ask Claude. Type your question or paste whatever's confusing — "what does this mean?", "what do I do next?" You can't break anything by asking.

2. Message Brad. Login won't go through, link errors out, truly blocked? Ping him. No question's too small in week one.
